The international Dynafit Racing Team’s athletes are constantly experimenting with different climbing positions in combination with stride length and stride frequency. The half step construction of the Vertical model (without climbing aid) increases stride length by up to 5 cm. At an equal stride frequency, this leads to a gain of 300 meters per 1,000 meters of elevation.
