This comes from its integration of extremely strong Polyethylene fibers running both lengthwise and crosswise. The large main compartment with a separate area for safety gear offers all kinds of room and is accessible both from the roll-top closure and via a side zipper. A bottom compartment serves to carry crampons and ski crampons.
