Not everyone is lucky enough to live right in the mountains. But even in the city, the nearest trail is often only a few kilometres away. DYNAFIT has developed the new Trail collection specifically for this area of use. Whether it's a tarmac road, a country lane or a gravel track, a city park, a riverbank or a local mountain - with the Trail System, you can run on any terrain. The sole is cut out in some places to reduce the weight and ensure a comfortable, fluid run. The maximally cushioned midsole absorbs shocks effectively and reduces the strain on your joints on asphalt.
Trail T-Shirt – Summery and stylish
The high-performance Trail T-Shirt brings speed to every run and is perfect for warm summer days. The technical material made from recycled materials impresses with excellent moisture management, breathability and a soft feel on the skin. The women's version of the shirt has a trendy cropped cut.
Trail 2in1 Shorts – Well thought out and comfortable
The lightweight and quick-drying trail shorts make every running experience even better with their clever 2-in-1-construction. The mesh inner shorts quickly and reliably wick moisture away from the skin and prevent chafing. Rosanna Buchauer – Ice cream and Alpine pasture in Innsbruck
DYNAFIT athlete Rosanna Buchauer has been living in Innsbruck for many years. One of her favorite running routes starts right on the market square of Tyrol's outdoor hotspot:
"With just under 11 km and 500 hm, this is a perfect short route that often works well for me before work. Two fast, flat kilometers to warm up, then it's a mix of forest road and trail up to the Arzler Alm. On hot days, just fill up some water at the fountain. From there, you're back in the city in about 20 minutes with a short, rooty and fast downhill. The destination is the Lago di Garda ice cream parlor. This is where you'll find the best ice cream in Innsbruck - a nice reward after a relaxed run or hard intervals. The climb from the wooden bridge to the Arzler Alm is perfect for this."
Clara Caste – The variety is what makes it good
Trail runner Clara Caste also lives in Innsbruck directly by the Nordkette. Accordingly, her favorite run starts here too:
"My favorite route starts in the Botanical Garden, leads over a sunny meadow with a view of the city and then ascends quickly and runnably via the Rauschbrunnensteig trail. Up top, a beautiful traverse awaits on a narrow trail with a panorama, before a varied downhill completes the perfect route. The different surfaces – forest road, trail, field paths – make the route exciting and varied."
Finn Hösch - Best of Isartrails
Ski mountaineer and trail runner Finn Hösch is at home a bit further north in the Isar metropolis of Munich:
"My running route starts right outside my front door in Pullach, right in the middle of the suburbs. It gets exciting from the Großhesseloher Bridge – this is where the real trail running begins. The route leads along varied trails along the Isar to the south, with constant ups and downs that add to the dynamic. The route is not only beautiful in terms of scenery, but also easy to run – perfect for switching off in nature and enjoying the peace and quiet."
