Visit us at the DYNAFIT headquarters in Kiefersfelden and get to know our Ski Factory Labs, where you will build your custom skis under the guidance of our experienced coaches. No prior knowledge is required — just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll guide you step by step from planning to the final adjustment of the perfect binding.

During the planning and consultation phase, our experts are always available to help you choose the right materials, shape, and optimal components for your custom skis. You design the skis yourself: your imagination knows no bounds — from laser branding and classic prints to your own artwork. Throughout the workshop, we will guide you step by step in the cozy atmosphere of the Speed Factory until your skis are in the press. We will then take care of the tuning and mount your bindings so that you receive skis ready to hit the slopes.

First, choose the desired shape for your touring or alpine skis. We’ve compiled all the information about our specially developed and tested shapes in our Shape Finder. Here you’ll also find everything you need to know about the materials we use for your custom skis. If you need further assistance, we also offer a consultation. We’ll help you select the best shape and discuss which bindings should be mounted on your skis.

After selecting your perfect shape, you’ll design the look of your skis. Our design catalog provides an overview of your options and guides you through the process. This includes selecting materials, design concepts, and sidewalls. Additionally, our gallery offers many inspiring examples.

Costs: 

- The full-day weekend course costs €1,450.

- The exclusive evening course costs €1,250.

Both course prices include the Ski Factory design we have created. Custom wood and graphic designs are not included; the detailed price list can be found in the design catalog. Bindings and skins are also not included in the price but can be purchased through us at a discounted rate. For workshops during the summer months (May to August), you will receive a 20% discount on the base price of the workshop.

Location: DYNAFIT Headquarters in Kiefersfelden, Germany. The brand-new Ski Factory for building custom skis is located in the public area of the building.

Dates: Our workshops take place regularly on weekends or in the evenings. You can find an overview of all bookable dates in our online booking portal. 

• Full-Day Course on Weekends: In this course, you will prepare all the components yourself: bending the edges and getting the ski materials press-ready. Under professional guidance, you will laminate your skis with epoxy resin. A private tour of the DYNAFIT binding department and a cozy lunch at the Bistro Biwak in the DYNAFIT Speed Factory round out the program. The course is limited to a maximum of eight participants to ensure optimal support.

• Evening Course: In this course, we take care of the time-consuming prep work, so you can focus on the most important and exciting process steps. You will laminate your prepared ski components with epoxy resin and place them in the ski press. The course is limited to a maximum of four participants to allow for intensive support.
